The Brighton Beach Boys Gigs

2023

On 14 July the Brighton Beach Boys take Bowie: Golden Years to the Seaford Little Theatre. This show has proved to be a favourite over the years since David Bowie died in 2016. The bad bring their loving eye for detail to the work of Bowie, recrreating hits and album favourites from across the career of one of this countries finest artists.

September 8th sees the band, still in Bowie mode, return to The Brunswick, Holland Road. This show recreates the classic Bowie album STATIONTOSTATION. Arguably the greatest album of the period, this sees Bowie in the persona of the Thin White Duke. This period was notorious for its recreational use of various 'substances' and his work on the Reog film "The ManWho Fell To Earth", and this proved to be the last recording before Bowie decamped to Europe and recorded the Berlin trilogy.

Sunday 17 September sees the band return to the Brighton Open Air Theatre for The End of the Summer Party. This features the band in full Brighton Beach Boys mode, bring back their classic hits and favourites of the band. Bring the weather, bring a blanket, bring your picnic!

Look out for a new show at the Ropetackle Arts theatre later in the year! More details to come.

Please keep an eye on the page, or follow the band on Facebook (www.facebook.com/BtnBeachBoys/) as we announce new shows throughout the year.
