The award-winning Brighton Beach Boys return to the live arena with a residency at The Hanbury Club in Kemptown, Brighton on the first Monday of every month. Our first date is August 4th, then September 1st, October 6th and November 3rd. The Hanbury is an intimate classy venue with seats and table service, a magnificent chef, and a late licence. We'll be playing without the Psychedelic Love Orchestra - there simply isn't room on the stage - but this will give us a chance to play some unplugged vocal-based sets and some newly worked-out songs. We have just written our first song - a remix for Skint Records - and "Under The Sun" will be bound to get its first live airing at one of these gigs.
It's £6 to get in, and doors open at 7pm. As far as we know, there are no tickets in advance - it's first come first served, and there is a maximum capacity of 100. We will be playing a few other songs as well as Beach Boys, so 'expect the unexpected' including some special guest appearances, as well as the classics. Let's make it an Endless Summer in 2008. See you there!

Brighton Beach Boys Paul, Rory, Steve, Tom, Charlotte and Dominic have recently returned from the far shores of Australia where, as members of the Lost and Found Orchestra (http://www.smcn.dial.pipex.com/LFO.html), they performed a week of sell-out shows at the Sydney Opera House, breaking the box-office record previously held for 40 years by Frank Sinatra!
Look out for Ralph Brown in the fabulous retro-cop series, "Life On Mars" on BBC1 and the brand new "Cape Wrath" which will hit your screens on Channel 4 in the autumn.
Glen Richardson, as a member of the Ornate Johnsons, is about to begin filming a new comedy show to be broadcast in the spring on BBC4.
Our very own Captain Charlotte (indestructible) is touring the country with her fab jazz ensemble to promote her current album "Escapade". Check her website for dates: http://www.myspace.com/charlotteglassonuk.
Theseus has just returned from a trip to Brazil where, in between surfing the breaks, he was involved in a housing project in the rainforest for the kids of Bahia.
